Vinification of the J. Charpentier Réserve Brut Magnum from Champagne J. Charpentier

This well-balanced sparkling wine from France is a cuvée of the grape varieties Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Champagne. Here the vines sink their roots deep into limestone soils. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are brought to the winery immediately. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by the fermentation of the base wines.
