This well-balanced sparkling wine from France is made from the Chardonnay grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Champagne. Here the vines sink their roots deep into limestone soils. After hand-picking, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently pressed. This is followed by the fermentation of the base wines.
