Rouge - La Légende d'Hélios

La Légende d'Hélios Rouge from the French wine-growing region of Languedoc is a seductive, round and smooth red wine cuvée vinified from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.

This wine presents itself in the glass in an intense and deep ruby red, unfolding its seductive bouquet. This enchants with the sweet aromas of plum and violet, which are underpinned by a hint of vanilla and subtle pepper. On the palate, this French red wine has a round, soft body that is perfectly enveloped by the supple tannins and fine residual sweetness.

Vinification of the Rouge La Légende d'Hélios

After the grapes arrive at the winery, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks. For aging, enologist Marilyn Lasserre uses a wooden fermentation tank.
