More information about Le Bois Du Cerf Blanc - Domaine Vico
In the glass, Le Bois Du Cerf Blanc from the Corsica wine-growing region presents itself in a bright light yellow. On the nose, this white wine from Domaine Vico reveals all sorts of acacia, lemon and pear. As if that were not already impressive, further aromas such as minerals join in thanks to its maturation in stainless steel.
This French wine impresses with its straightforward, dry taste profile. It was bottled with an exceptionally low residual sugar content. As you would expect from a wine, this Frenchman naturally delights, despite all its dryness, with the finest balance. Aroma does not necessarily require residual sugar. On the palate, this well-balanced white wine is characterized by an extraordinarily fleshy, dense and silky texture. On the finish, this white wine from the Corsican wine-growing region finally delights with a lovely length. Once again, nuances of lemon and acacia appear.
Vinification of Le Bois Du Cerf Blanc by Domaine Vico
This balanced white wine from France is vinified from the Vermentino grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
