The Fleur de Syrah of Vignobles Michel Gassier appears in the glass in a deep garnet red, while it unfolds its expressive bouquet with the aromas of red fruits. These aromas are accompanied by violets, pepper and a hint of licorice.

This cuvée is dense and complex on the palate, with fine, perfectly integrated tannins, which flow into the fresh finish.

Vinification for the Michel Gassier Fleur de Syrah

This red wine cuvée is made from 97% Syrah and 3% Grenache. The vines for this wine are hand harvested and destemmed, followed by temperature controlled fermentation. This Syrah aged for 9 months in concrete tanks and French oak barrels.
