More information about Morey-Saint-Denis Clos Sorbè 1er Cru AOC - François Feuillet
With the François Feuillet Morey-Saint-Denis Clos Sorbè 1er Cru, a first-class red wine finds its way into the glass. It reveals a wonderfully bright, light red color. When held at a slight angle, a transition of the wine’s color towards garnet red can be seen at the rim of this barrel-aged wine. Swirling the glass, one perceives an excellent balance in this red wine, as it neither appears watery nor syrupy or liqueur-like on the glass walls. In the glass, this red wine from François Feuillet presents aromas of plum and blackberry, complemented by blueberry. This French wine delights with its elegantly dry taste profile. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine in the icon wine segment, this Frenchman naturally enchants, despite its dryness, with the finest balance. Excellent flavor does not necessarily require a lot of sugar. On the palate, the texture of this well-balanced red wine is wonderfully dense. On the finish, this matured wine from the Burgundy wine-growing region finally impresses with considerable length. Once again, hints of plum and blackberry appear.
