Vinification of the König & Krieger Chardonnay non-alcoholic

The elegant Chardonnay non-alcoholic from Germany is a single-varietal wine, pressed from the Chardonnay grape variety. After the hand harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Chardonnay non-alcoholic can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months. After the wine is finished, the Chardonnay non-alcoholic is carefully dealcoholized.
