Prosecco Frizzante DOC - Villa Sandi

The Prosecco Frizzante from Villa Sandi, produced in the Italian wine region of Veneto, is a soft, fruity, and uncomplicated sparkling wine made from the Glera grape variety. 

This Frizzante appears in a bright straw yellow with greenish reflections in the glass. The nose is dominated by a wonderfully fresh and fruity aroma. It reveals fruity notes of juicy apples, perfectly complemented by floral hints of acacia blossom. This Prosecco displays an alluring and delicate mousse. The palate is caressed by a smooth character – the aromas from the nose are reflected here as well, emphasizing the elegant, fine-perlage overall impression. 

Vinification of Villa Sandi Prosecco Frizzante

The must obtained from pressing whole grapes is fermented in pressurized tanks into Frizzante. The endogenous carbon dioxide from fermentation results in a very fine, elegant perlage.
