This red wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Shiraz. For this wonderfully powerful varietal wine from Columbia Crest, only the best grapes were harvested. After picking, the grapes are brought to the press house immediately. There they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small oak barrels at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by maturation for several months in French and American oak barrels.
