Vinification of Bergdolt-Reif & Nett Reverse Pinot Bianco de-alcoholised
This elegant white wine from Germany is made from the Pinot Bianco grape variety. The wine berries for this German white wine are harvested exclusively by hand when they are perfectly ripe. After hand-picking, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. After the wine has been completed, the Reverse Pinot Bianco is gently de-alcoholised.
