The elegant Reverse Riesling dealcoholized from Germany is a single varietal wine, vinified from the grape variety Riesling. The grapes for this white wine from Germany are harvested exclusively by hand when perfectly ripe. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
