The powerful Roda I Blanco from Spain is a cuvée made from the Malvasia, Grenache Blanc and Viura grape varieties. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine matures for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
