Vinification of Solaris Brut Grand Prix from Skepparps Vingard
The basis for the balanced Solaris Brut Grand Prix from Sweden is grapes of the Solaris variety. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by the fermentation of the base wines. After the cuvée has been assembled, the wine undergoes further maturation based on the Méthode Traditionelle. The Skepparps Vingard Solaris Brut Grand Prix then matures in the bottle for several months and is finally disgorged.
