Vinification of Château Laroze St. Emilion Grand Cru Classé

The basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced St. Emilion Grand Cru Classé cuvée from Château Laroze is Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. The St. Emilion Grand Cru Classé is an Old World wine through and through, as this French wine exudes an exceptional European charm that clearly underscores the success of wines from the Old World. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed.
