This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Tempranillo. Only the best grapes were used for this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Felix Solis. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house, where they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures follows. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
