The Substance Sauvignon from Wines of Substance is a harmonious, single-varietal red wine with a strong ruby red color in the glass.
The nose and palate enjoy aromas of dark berries - especially blackberry and black currant - paired with nuances of tobacco and earthy hints. Minerality is perfectly woven into the dense body with very good tannins. The finish is unforgettably long.
Vinification for the Wines of Substance Cabernet Sauvignon
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are carefully harvested and immediately taken to the winery. There, the mash is fermented in stainless steel tanks. The spicy, earthy nuances and the strong color are provided by the wood aging. This red wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barriques.
