This wine presents a dark ruby color with cherry red highlights in the glass. The nose enjoys a wonderful fruit aroma, perfectly underlined by vegetal and woody nuances. Ripe cherries, juicy plums, freshly picked raspberries, fine herbs and a touch of oak reveal themselves. The body presents itself in this red wine with power and elegance, without dominating the aromas of the nose. The long finish gives this Cabernet Sauvignon the final touch.

After the grapes arrive at the winery of Golan Heights Winery, the berries are gently pressed. The fermentation process then takes place in stainless steel tanks. French oak barrels are chosen for aging, where this red wine rounds off harmoniously for 18 months.
