More information about Zero-Point-Five Cabernet Sauvignon alkoholfrei - Weingut Josef Leitz
With the Weingut Josef Leitz Zero-Point-Five Cabernet Sauvignon alcohol-free, a first-class red wine finds its way into the glass. There it offers a wonderfully brilliant, purple-red color. In the glass it presents wonderfully expressive notes of blueberry, plum, blackberry and currant. Added to this are nuances of black cherry, cassis and blackcurrant.
This German wine tastes pleasantly dry. It was bottled with 39 grams of residual sugar. This is a true quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities, and thus this German wine delights, despite all its dryness, with the finest balance. Flavor does not necessarily require a lot of sugar. The light-footed Weingut Josef Leitz Zero-Point-Five Cabernet Sauvignon alcohol-free reveals an incredibly fruity taste on the tongue, which is of course due to its off-dry profile. On the palate, the texture of this light red wine is wonderfully velvety. Thanks to its lively fruit acidity, the Zero-Point-Five Cabernet Sauvignon alcohol-free appears exceptionally fresh and vibrant on the palate. The finish of this red wine from the Rheingau region ultimately delights with a considerable aftertaste. The finish is also accompanied by mineral nuances from the limestone- and loess-dominated soils.
Vinification of the Zero-Point-Five Cabernet Sauvignon alcohol-free from Weingut Josef Leitz
This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Cabernet Sauvignon. Only first-class harvested grapes were used for this wonderfully elegant varietal wine from Weingut Josef Leitz. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Rheingau. Here, the vines drive their roots deep into soils of limestone and loess. After harvesting, the grapes are brought to the press house without delay. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. After the wine is finished, the Zero-Point-Five Cabernet Sauvignon alcohol-free is gently dealcoholized.
