More information about Andica Sauvignon Blanc - Miguel Torres Chile
The elegant Andica Sauvignon Blanc from Miguel Torres Chile flows into the glass in a bright light yellow. On the nose, this white wine from Miguel Torres Chile presents all kinds of pineapple, grapefruit, and lemon. As if that were not impressive enough, additional aromas such as herbs are added thanks to maturation in stainless steel.
This Chilean wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor profile. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. This is a genuine quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities and thus, despite all its dryness, this Chilean captivates with the finest balance. Flavor simply does not necessarily need residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this well-balanced white wine presents itself wonderfully light. On the finish, this wine from the Valle Central wine-growing region finally delights with considerable length. Once again, hints of pineapple and grapefruit appear.
Vinification of Miguel Torres Chile Andica Sauvignon Blanc
This white wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Sauvignon Blanc. For this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Miguel Torres Chile, only immaculate grapes were harvested. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
