With the Hacienda del Plata Arriero Premium Blend comes a first-class red wine into the swirled glass. In this, it presents a wonderfully dense, crimson color. Held at a slight angle, the Bordeaux glass reveals a charming garnet red hue at the rims. Giving it some air in the glass by swirling, this red wine reveals a high density and richness, which is evident in strong church windows at the rim of the glass. The first nose of the Arriero Premium Blend shows notes of blackcurrant and plum mousse. The fruity aspects of the bouquet are joined by notes of barrel aging such as even more fruity-balsamic nuances.
This Argentine wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with only 2.3 grams of residual sugar. This is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this Argentinean enchants naturally with all dryness with the finest balance. Vinification of the Hacienda del Plata Arriero Premium Blend
The powerful Arriero Premium Blend from Argentina is a cuvée made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Syrah. In Mendoza, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of gravel. The grapes for this red wine from Argentina, when perfectly ripe, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the harvest, the grapes immediately enter the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.
