The vines root deeply in soils of clay and limestone here. The grapes for this French red wine are harvested exclusively by hand at the optimal time of ripeness. After harvest, the grapes are immediately transferred to the winery. They are selected and gently crushed. The fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the Belleruche Côtes-du-Rhône can harmonize further for several months on the fine lees.
