Vinification of the Glaetzer Wines Bishop Shiraz

This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Syrah. For this wonderfully powerful varietal wine from Glaetzer Wines, only the best grape material was used. After hand-picking, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Bishop Shiraz is aged for another 16 months in French and American oak barrels.
