After the first swirl, one can perceive a perfect balance in this white wine, as it neither appears watery nor syrupy or liqueur-like on the glass walls. In the glass, this white wine from Louis Jadot presents aromas of gooseberries, apricots, nashi pear, peaches, and limes, complemented by cigar box, toasted barrique, and oak. This French wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor profile. It was bottled with only 1.9 grams of residual sugar. As one would naturally expect from a wine in this price range, this Frenchman enchants, despite all its dryness, with the finest balance. Excellent flavor does not necessarily require sugar.
