Black Stallion Estate's Cabernet Sauvignon is a varietally pure, concentrated and aromatic red wine from the North American wine region of California. 

In the glass, this wine shimmers a rich ruby red with cherry red highlights. This California red wine boasts a lush, fruity bouquet reminiscent of savory aromas of blackberry and cassis, enhanced with cocoa and baking spice. Concentrated flavors of lush black cherries, mocha, spice, caramel and toasty oak unfold on the full-bodied, balanced palate. Beautifully integrated, silky tannins and a lovely richness of fruit accompany the long, elegant finish.

Vinification of the Black Stallion Cabernet Sauvignon

The grape material for this classic California Cabernet Sauvignon comes from five vineyards in different areas of Napa Valley. After harvest, the grapes are selected and carefully fermented in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, this red wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barriques.
