Vinification of the Château La Cardonne Cru Bourgeois Médoc

This powerful red wine from France is made from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Cru Bourgeois Médoc is aged for another 12 months in oak barriques.
