The light-bodied Dadá No.1 from Finca Las Moras flows into the glass with a brilliant purple color. This Argentinian cuvée reveals wonderfully expressive notes of black cherries, plums, damsons and morello cherries in the glass. These are joined by hints of gingerbread spice, dark chocolate and vanilla.
Light-footed and complex, this dense red wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its vital fruit acidity, the Dadá No.1 is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. The final of this red wine from the wine-growing region of San Juan finally captivates with considerable reverberation.
Vinification of the Dadá No.1 from Finca Las Moras
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully elegant cuvée Dadá No.1 from Finca Las Moras are Bonarda and Malbec grapes. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and gently broken up. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, Dadá No.1 is aged for several months in American oak barrels.
