The balanced Free-run Steen Chenin Blanc from South Africa is a single varietal wine made from the Chenin Blanc grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off.
