The elegant Furth Grüner Veltliner Kremstal DAC from Austria is a single-varietal wine made from the grape variety Grüner Veltliner. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Lower Austria. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay, sand and loess. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully milled. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Furth Grüner Veltliner Kremstal DAC is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
