Vinification of the H3 Cabernet Sauvignon from Columbia Crest

This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Cabernet Sauvignon. For this wonderfully powerful varietal wine from Columbia Crest, only the best grape material was used. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small oak barrels at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by 20 months of aging in French and American oak barrels.
