The powerful Kupe Pinot Noir from New Zealand is a single-varietal wine, vinified from the Pinot Noir grape variety. After harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
