Vinification of Huarpe Wines Lancatay Andean Foothills Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Cabernet Sauvignon. For this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Huarpe Wines, only immaculate grapes were used. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
