Lesegut Blanco - Bodegas Copaboca

The Lesegut Blanco from Copaboca is a crisp cuvée made from the grape varieties Verdejo and Viura. 

The Spanish white wine presents itself in an appealing straw yellow color with green glints. The Lesegut Blanco impresses with a fragrant and intensely fruity bouquet of ripe gooseberries with vegetal nuances and floral hints. On the palate, this white wine from Spain is full-bodied and aromatic, with a well-structured body accompanied by a subtle fruit acidity. Following the opulent fruit, there is a spicy peppery finish.

Vinification of the Lesegut Blanco

The grapes are destemmed, crushed, and the resulting mash is pressed after a short maceration. The resulting must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards, this wine matures for four months on the lees (Sur Lie).
