This balanced white wine is made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by a few months of aging on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
