This powerful red wine from the USA is vinified from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine berries for this red wine from the USA are harvested exclusively by hand at optimal ripeness. After hand-picking, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the powerful Maya Napa Valley is aged for another 22 months in French oak barrels.
