This powerful red wine from Australia is vinified from the Shiraz grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery without delay. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by 14 months of maturation in barriques made of French oak.
