The well-balanced Millennium Merlot Cabernet Franc from South Africa is a cuvée made from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in large wooden vats at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
