Vinification of Pinot Noir Les Pierres Chaudes by Meyer Julien
The balanced Pinot Noir Les Pierres Chaudes from France is a varietal wine, organically vinified from the Pinot Noir grape variety. After hand-harvesting, the grapes are immediately brought to the press house. There they are selected and gently crushed.
