This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Riesling. For this wonderfully elegant varietal wine from Domaines Schlumberger, only first-class grapes were used. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Alsace. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of sandstone and weathered rock. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.
