The Rioja Crianza of Bodegas LAN from La Rioja offers a bright purple color in the wine glass. The first nose of Rioja Crianza flatters with of mulberries, blueberries and black currants. The fruity components of the bouquet are joined by more fruity-balsamic nuances. 

This red from Bodegas LAN is the right choice for all connoisseurs who like it dry. However, it is never dry or brittle, as you would expect from a wine in the upper price range. On the tongue, this balanced red wine is characterized by an incredibly silky texture. With its moderate fruit acidity, the Rioja Crianza flatters the palate with a soft feel, without lacking in juicy liveliness. In the finish, this red wine from the wine-growing region of La Rioja, which can be stored well, finally delights with considerable length. There are again hints of blueberry and blackberry.

Vinification of the Bodegas LAN Rioja Crianza

The basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced cuvée Rioja Crianza from Bodegas LAN are Carignan and Tempranillo grapes. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.

Food recommendation for the Bodegas LAN Rioja Crianza

This Spanish red wine is best enjoyed tempered at 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to Boeuf Bourguignon, duck breast with sugar snap peas or potato pan with salmon.
