Vinification of the Carl Jung Rosé non-alcoholic
In the Rheingau, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of loam and loess. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in the cellar at controlled temperatures. At the end, this wine is carefully dealcoholized.
