Vinification of the Rosé EMotion from Manz Winery
The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully elegant cuvée Rosé EMotion from Weingut Manz are Pinot Meunier and Syrah grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Rheinhessen. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone, loess soil and marl. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in large wood at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months in oak barrels.
