Vinification of the Bon Courage Sauvignon Blanc
The basis for the balanced Sauvignon Blanc from Breede River Valley are grapes from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
