More information about Sauvignon Blanc - Bon Courage

The Sauvignon Blanc from the Breede River Valley wine-growing region presents itself in the glass in a bright light yellow. The first nose of Sauvignon Blanc presents notes of lime, guava and mango. The fruity notes of the bouquet are joined by lovage, garrigue and juniper.

Bon Courage Sauvignon Blanc is the right wine for all wine enthusiasts who like it dry. However, it is never dry or brittle, as one would expect from a wine in the upper price range. On the tongue, this balanced white wine is characterized by an incredibly light texture. With its lively fruit acidity, the Sauvignon Blanc is exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. The finale of this white wine from the Breede River Valley wine-growing region, more precisely from Robertson, finally captivates with good reverberation.

Vinification of the Bon Courage Sauvignon Blanc

The basis for the balanced Sauvignon Blanc from Breede River Valley are grapes from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Sauvignon Blanc can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months...
