This 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Stellenrust is straw yellow in the glass and convinces in the nose with crisp green aromas, a hint of elderflower but also exotic notes such as pineapple and guava. On the palate, this Sauvignon Blanc from South Africa appears very fresh and spicy, which is due to the decent acidity, which at the same time also helps it to balance.
