Vinification of the Solidarity Rosé by Care Family Vineyards

The basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced Solidarity Rosé cuvée from Care Family Vineyards is Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Aragon. Here, the vines drive their roots deep into soils of limestone, slate, and gravel. When perfect physiological ripeness is ensured, the grapes for the Solidarity Rosé are harvested exclusively by hand, without the use of coarse, less selective machinery. After hand-picking, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There, they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Solidarity Rosé can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees.
