Vinification of Tutti Frutti Blanc by Arrogant Frog

The elegant Tutti Frutti Blanc from France is a cuvée made from the grape varieties Muscat d'Alexandrie, Chardonnay, Colombard, Grenache Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Vermentino and Viognier. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Languedoc. Here, the vines drive their roots deep into limestone and clay soils. The Tutti Frutti Blanc is an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, as this Frenchman exudes an exceptional European charm that clearly underscores the success of wines from the Old World. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before finally being bottled.

This French white wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to coconut kefir cream, fruity endive salad or banana trifle in a glass.
