In the glass, the Tutti Frutti Rouge from Arrogant Frog offers a bright crimson color. There is also a colour transition to violet at the edge. The first nose of the Tutti Frutti Rouge shows notes of shady morals, mulberries and blueberries. The fruity components of the bouquet are accompanied by vanilla, cocoa bean and bitter chocolate.
This French wine impresses with its elegantly dry taste and was put on the bottle with only 1.9 grams of residual sugar. This is a real quality wine that stands out clearly from simpler qualities and so this Frenchman naturally enchants with the finest balance in all dryness. Taste doesn't necessarily need a lot of residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this balanced red wine is wonderfully dense. Due to the balanced fruit acid, the Tutti Frutti Rouge flatters with pleasant palate without letting it miss freshness at the same time. In the finish, this storable red wine from the wine-growing region delights the Languedoc with its considerable length. Again, there are echoes of mulberry and shadow morals. In the reverberation, mineral notes of the soils dominated by clay and limestone are added.
Vinification of the Tutti Frutti Rouge by Arrogant Frog
This balanced red wine from France is made from Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha, Merlot, Mourvèdre and Syrah grape varieties. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Languedoc. Here the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay, limestone and gravel. The Tutti Frutti Rouge is an Old World wine through and through, because this Frenchman breathes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underlines the success of wines from the Old World. After harvesting, the grapes reach the winery in the fastest way. Here you are selected and gently ground. Fermentation is then carried out in a stainless steel tank and concrete at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by ageing for a few months on the fine yeast before the wine is finally bottled.
