This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Pinot Blanc. Only first-class grape material was used for this wonderfully elegant varietal wine from Weingut Polz. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Pinot Blanc DAC Styria can further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months. After the wine is finished, the Weißburgunder DAC Steiermark is carefully harmonized.
