This red from Laessiger is just right for all wine enthusiasts who like as little residual sweetness in the wine as possible. Vinification of the Zweigelt from Laessiger

The basis for the balanced Zweigelt from Lower Austria are grapes from the Zweigelt grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
