Vinification of the Young Poets Allday Rosé

The basis for the balanced Allday Rosé from Württemberg are grapes from the Trollinger and Zweigelt varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Allday Rosé is allowed to harmonize further on the fine lees for a few months.
