This balanced red wine from Spain is made from the Tempranillo grape variety. The grapes for this red wine from Spain, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by 3 months of aging in French oak barrels.
